Search the Manager Log Book

Keep track of past entries and updates to quickly find the information you need. In this article, learn how to view previous posts easily by using the Log Book's search tool.

Prerequisites

⚠️ Managers and Assistant Managers can only access the Manager Log Book and receive email summaries for the Locations they are assigned to.

⚠️ Admins can create and manage categories on the web app. If you think you need additional categories, please reach out to your Admin.

⚠️ Employees do not have access to the Manager Log Book.

To search through Log Book entries:

  1. Log in to the web app > head to Log Book > Search.
  2.  
  3. Use of the filtering options to narrow down your search. Your results will automatically load as you make changes:



  4. Review your Custom categories results:

  5. Review your Employee Performance Logs results. Results only include logs entered in the Manager Log Book, and not those that are entered in the employee's profile.

    ⚠️ Access to the Employee Performance Insights and Performance Log may require an upgrade from your existing plan.
