Why is this Employee blocked and has no wage even though I have assigned them a wage?

Issue

An employee is blocked and does not show a wage, even though a wage has been assigned to them in 7shifts Payroll.

 

What To Do

Check the effective wage date

  1. Go to Team > Profile > Wages and Payment > Save the new effective date.
  2. Ensure the wage effective date is not mid-pay period.

Verify the assigned roles

  1. Go to Team > Profile > Assignments.
  2. Ensure all assigned roles have a wage, even if the role was not used during this pay period.
