Revi POS

You can integrate your Revi POS with 7shifts to unlock your business's full potential!

Key Features:

  • Unleash a two-way sync that integrates employee information, and schedules between 7shifts and Revi.
  • Sync clock-in/clock-out times and breaks between the 7punches mobile app, Revi, and 7shifts for accurate time tracking.
  • With Revi's Team List, managers can view, add, and edit employee information right from the Revi POS.

Gain deeper insights into your operations with three new reports that combine 7shifts labor, scheduling, and wage data with Revi sales and transaction data:

  • Productivity Report: Get a detailed overview of each employee's performance, including average order value, total cancellations, refunds, discounts, and tips.
  • Sales & Labor Report: Analyze your net sales performance against labor costs, labor cost percentage, and sales per labor hour (SPLH) to optimize your staffing and sales strategies.
  • Labor & Wages Report: Unlock detailed insights into each employee’s performance by role, total hours worked, wage, and total pay for any selected period.
⚠️ Prerequisites
⚠️ Access to this feature may require an upgrade from your current plan.

⚠️ Please note the following about the Revi and 7shifts integration:

  • Editing Departments, Wages, Locations, Roles, Company, Plan, and Labor is not available within Revi and must be done in 7shifts.
  • Emails used for employees in 7shifts cannot be reused for new employees in Revi, including the primary 7shifts account email. Unique email addresses are required for any new Revi account or employee.
  • Revi sales and transaction data do not sync with 7shifts and will remain inside Revi.
  • 7shifts roles do not automatically map to Revi roles.
  • 7shifts plan changes sync with Revi once daily. Any changes will be reflected in Revi the following day.

Adding the Integration

⚠️ You can get your Access Token and information from 7shifts by heading to Settings > Developer Tools.

To get started:

  1. Log into your Revi Dashboard.
    (New to Revi? Start by signing up here.)

  2. Click on Already have 7shifts? Login:

  3. Click Grant Access.

  4. You're connected! You'll be redirected back to Revi > click Close:

  5. Specify the location you wish to sync from 7shifts to Revi > click Next

  6. Click Connect to confirm the location:

  7. You're all set! Complete the welcome modal to learn more about Revi.

    Please note that your imported employees, from 7shift to Revi, will require additional mapping steps (designating pins or their permission sets) to ensure accurate reporting across both platforms.
