Revi POS
Revi POS integrates with 7shifts to sync employee information, schedules, and clock-in and clock-out data across both systems. Gain deeper insights into your operations with three new reports that combine 7shifts labor, scheduling, and wage data with Revi sales and transaction data:
- Productivity Report: Get a detailed overview of each employee's performance, including average order value, total cancellations, refunds, discounts, and tips.
- Sales & Labor Report: Analyze your net sales performance against labor costs, labor cost percentage, and sales per labor hour (SPLH) to optimize your staffing and sales strategies.
- Labor & Wages Report: Unlock detailed insights into each employee’s performance by role, total hours worked, wage, and total pay for any selected period.
Things to Know
Supported by Revi. Revi manages the setup and configuration process. For help with setup, connection settings, or troubleshooting, contact Revi Support directly at support@getrevi.com.
- Access to this feature may require an upgrade from your existing plan.
- Editing departments, wages, locations, roles, company, plan, and labor must be done in 7shifts and is not available within Revi.
- Emails used for employees in 7shifts cannot be reused for new employees in Revi, including the primary 7shifts account email. Unique email addresses are required for any new Revi account or employee.
- Revi sales and transaction data do not sync with 7shifts and will remain inside Revi.
- 7shifts roles do not automatically map to Revi roles.
- 7shifts plan changes sync with Revi once daily. Any changes will be reflected in Revi the following day.
- 7shifts recommends using 7punches for time clocking with Clover Sport POS. 7punches is a companion app included on all paid plans that employees use to clock in and out.
Add the Integration
You can get your access token and information from 7shifts by heading to Settings > Developer Tools. For setup assistance, contact Revi Support at support@getrevi.com.
- Log in to your Revi Dashboard. New to Revi? Sign up here.
- Click Already have 7shifts? Login:
- Click Grant Access.
- You will be redirected back to Revi. Click Close:
- Specify the location you wish to sync from 7shifts to Revi and click Next:
- Click Connect to confirm the location:
- Imported employees from 7shifts to Revi will require additional mapping steps (designating PINs or permission sets) to ensure accurate reporting across both platforms.
- Once the integration is active, set up 7punches for time clocking. Revi does not sync time punches, so 7punches is the recommended solution for tracking employee clock-ins and clock-outs.
Integration Warnings in Time Clocking
Once your POS labor is syncing into 7shifts, you will see a Warnings tab when reviewing your current pay period. This tab highlights punches missing a role in your POS/7shifts labor data that may need attention before running payroll.
These warnings appear directly in Time Clocking > Pay Periods > Warnings, helping you quickly identify and fix issues with labor data flowing in from the POS.
You can resolve most issues right from the Warnings tab, and you can still close your pay period even if some warnings remain.
