Admin Visibility in 7shifts- Appear on Schedule/as Employee

As an Admin, you can manage your visibility settings 7shifts, such as your appearance on the schedule and the ability for employees to start a chat with you. This article will cover the two ways to hide or reveal your user profile from others.

⚠️ Admins can only update visibility settings for their individual user profiles.

To hide/reveal your user profile from the Employee page, contact page, messaging and all Schedules:

       
    1. Log in to the web app.

    2. In the left navigation bar, head to Settings > My Account.

    3. Enable/disable the Appear as Employee box:



    4. Click Save to complete these changes.

To hide/reveal yourself from a particular Department Schedule:

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Find your Employee profile by heading over to Team.

  3. Select your name and head to the Assignments tab.

  4.  Uncheck the Appear on schedule box:



  5. Click Save to complete these changes.
