Can you increase our float higher than the maximum amount allowed?

You can request an increase to your float amount by booking a time to chat with a Tip Payouts Specialist.

To do this, log in to the web app as an Admin > Tip Payouts > Banking > select the more options icon > select Edit Float > click Talk to a Specialist > book a time that best suits you. Please note that float adjustments typically take 1 business day for the funds to appear in your Account.
