Tip Pooling will calculate the distribution of tips based on pre-set criteria. This ensures fair allocation of the collected tips among all eligible Employees in the Tip Pool.

Once tip allocation has been determined, the totals seamlessly sync with Tip Payouts. This results in minimal manual intervention (although the option is available for you to customize and control payouts as needed), reduces the likelihood of errors and saves valuable administrative time.
