If an Employee works at multiple Locations in the Account, do they need to fill in an onboarding package for each Location?

If the Employee works at multiple Locations within an Account, then it depends if the Locations are in different States. 

If the Locations are in different States, the Employee should complete a package for each State.

Please note that only one active package is allowed per Employee. They must wait until the first package is completed before submitting a second one. Since federal forms only need to be filled out once, the Employee can choose to compelte the first state tax form and skip the federal forms. In the second package, they can then fill out both the state tax form and federal forms.
