Can Admins send other Admins an Onboarding Package?

Yes, Admins can send onboarding packages to other Admins and to themselves. However, Admins must be assigned to the same Location as the package to appear on the recipient list. If an Admin is not assigned to that Location, they will not be listed as an option to receive the package.
