I'm encountering error message "Wrong email or password. Please try again".

What To Do


  1. Confirm that there are no accidental spaces at the beginning or end of your email address.
  2. Check that your Caps Lock is turned off and ensure you've entered the correct password.
  3. If you're still unable to log in, you can reset your password by following the instructions in Password Reset and Login.
