Why doesn't a feature or schedule appear in my Account anymore?
Issue
Managers and Assistant Managers can encounter a situation where a feature or schedule that was once visible in their Account has disappeared.
What To Do
This is commonly due to the permission(s) and assignment(s) assigned to your user profile by your direct Manager.
If you find yourself in this situation and require access to a particular area, please reach out to the Admin, as they have sole user access to make changes to your profile.
