Does management receive a notification when an employee updates their banking information?


Answer

After an employee has completed the forms within their Onboarding Package, an email alert will be automatically sent to the Admin(s) and Manager(s) of that Location.

Notification behavior depends on whether the banking information is submitted during onboarding or updated later in the employee profile.

Onboarding submissions

Yes. When an employee completes the forms within an onboarding package, an email alert is automatically sent to the Admins and Managers of that location.

Profile updates

7shifts does not send a notification to Admins or Managers when an employee updates existing banking information directly in their employee profile. To see these changes, an Admin or a user with permissions to view payroll information must manually check the employee profile.
