Grant Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Access in Nevada
A Third-Party Administrator (TPA) is an external organization or service provider that manages payroll and employee benefits on behalf of a company. To comply with Nevada state regulations, 7shifts Payroll customers must grant Check (our payroll processing partner) TPA access to the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation and the Nevada Department of Taxation. This enables Check to handle payroll-related communications directly with the department on your behalf.
Note: Confirm that Check Technologies has TPA access for the current year and upcoming filing periods. Access can have a prescribed end date or extend indefinitely. Update or renew the access as needed.
