Why are unassigned tips still showing on my Tip Pooling Report?

If I remove unassigned tips or auto-gratuity from my tip pool setup, why do they still appear on my Tip Pooling Report?

Unassigned tips and auto-gratuity will still appear on the Tip Pooling Report if your POS system syncs these tip types to 7shifts.

Why This Happens

Even if a specific tip type (like unassigned tips or auto-gratuity) is removed from your Tip Pool contribution settings, it will still appear as a line item in your reports if those tips are being synced from your POS system to maintain an accurate record of synced POS data.

However, as long as they are removed from the pool setup, the Total Tip In for that category will be $0.00, meaning those funds are not being redistributed to any employees.
