No. 7shifts Payroll (via Check Technologies) cannot create pay stubs or proof-of-income documents for payroll runs processed outside of the 7shifts platform. This restriction applies to all payroll data moved into the system using a payroll template or external import tool.

Why This Happens

Pay stubs are legal documents generated only when a payroll is processed directly through 7shifts Payroll. While importing external payroll data ensures your year-to-date earnings and tax reporting remain accurate, the actual financial transaction occurred elsewhere. Therefore, 7shifts Payroll does not have the authorization to generate a formal pay stub for those specific external runs.
