You can sync your 7shifts Schedule and Events to an external calendar (i.e. Google Calendar or Apple's Calendar app). Here are quick steps on how to set it up!

Please refer to the 7shifts web app or the mobile app ( iOS / Android) directly for the most current information about your Events.
Google Calendar
Once enabled, you'll be able to see your Events from both a web browser and the Google Calendar mobile app.
- In the navigation bar, select the Schedule tab.
- Once on the Schedule page, select the
tools icon > click on Calendar Sync from the drop-down menu:
- Use the filters to narrow down the calendar you would like to sync:
- Copy the calendar URL that you would like to add by clicking on the
copy icon:
- Open your Google Calendar and head to the far left menu.
- Next to 'Other calendars,' click on the ' + ' button:
- Select 'From URL':
- Paste the link you copied earlier:
- After clicking on 'Add calender', you will see your Events on your Google Calendar.
Apple Calendar App - From a Desktop
- In the top navigation bar, select the 'Schedule' tab.
- Once on the Schedule page, select the
tools icon > click on Calendar Sync from the drop-down menu:
- Use the filters to narrow down the calendar you would like to sync:
- Copy the calendar URL that you would like to add by clicking on the
copy icon:
- Click here and complete Apple's steps on setting up the Calendar app, using the links that were copied above.
Apple Calendar App - From the 7shifts mobile app

In the 7shifts app, tap the 'More' menu icon in the bottom right corner and select Calendar Sync :
- Tap to select the calendar that you wish to sync:
- Tap 'OK':
- From there you can tap 'Done' or tap on 'Events' to be redirected to your iCal app.
Your Events should now be pulled into your mobile calendar!
