Service Advisory: Verizon Wireless SMS Delivery Delay (US)

We’re currently experiencing an issue where Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SMS codes are not being delivered to some users on Verizon Wireless (United States).

This is due to a known delivery delay with our communication partner, impacting SMS messages sent from a subset of long codes, short codes, and toll-free numbers.

What to do

If you’re unable to receive an MFA code via SMS, use your Backup Codes that were generated when MFA was first enabled on your profile to complete login or verification.

Our team is actively tracking this issue and working with our provider toward a resolution.
