Fix iOS App Login Issue: Flashing Screen After Entering Credentials

When logging into the 7shifts mobile app (iOS), the screen flashes after you enter your username and password, but you aren’t logged in.

What To Do

If the login screen flashes, and you are not logged in after entering your credentials, the issue is likely due to Safari’s cookie settings. Disabling “Block All Cookies” should resolve this.

For iOS 16:

1. Head to Settings > Apps > Safari.
2. Toggle off Block All Cookies.

For iOS 17+:

1. Head to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced.
2. Toggle off Block All Cookies.

After updating the setting, restart the app and try logging in again.
