Logging into 7shifts for the First Time

Welcome to 7shifts!

First things first, your journey begins with an invitation from your Manager. Keep an eye on your inbox for a warm welcome from notifications@7shifts.com. (Psst! If you don't spot it at first, peek into your spam/junk folder—it might be hiding there!)

Accept Your Invite

When you are added to a 7shifts account, you will receive an invitation email from your employer.

  3. You will be asked to set up a login using your current Apple or Google accounts, or you can create your password. Make sure your password meets all the specified requirements.

  4. Once you've set your login credentials, click Go to login. You can always access your account on the web app but don't forget to download the mobile app to get the most out of your account:

Update Your Profile

When you login in for the first time, you'll want to set your profile picture and ensure that your email, mobile number, birthday, and emergency contact details are up to date.

Upon login, you'll be taken to your mobile dashboard.

  1. Tap on the profile icon in the top left corner of your screen:

  3. Tap on Edit Profile.

  4. To add or edit your profile picture, tap on the profile icon and select either Take Picture or Choose Picture.

  5. Verify that your email and mobile number are valid. This information is important as this is how you will receive notifications about your shifts and shift changes.

  6. Check and update your other details such as your birthday, or emergency contact info by tapping the respective fields.

  7. Be sure to hit Save to complete these changes.
