Update your account billing information

Admin users can update payment/credit card information for their 7shifts subscription directly through the web app. 

⚠️ Billing-related changes are not accessible from the mobile app. Please ensure that you sign in, as an Admin, from app.7shifts.com when making any billing updates.

Update Account Payment Method 


  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Billing page by clicking Settings > Billing.
  3. Click the three-dot menu beside the subscription and choose Update payment method.

  4. Select an existing payment method, or add a new payment method. 
    If you are adding a new payment method, follow the steps in the modal to enter your payment details > agree to our Terms and Conditions > Pay.
  5. Once you update your payment method, it will become the new default for your subscription, and all future payments will be charged to this card.
  6. Head back to your Billing page to verify the Payment Method attached to your Locations' subscriptions.

Update Billing Email


  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Billing page by clicking Settings > Billing.
  3. Click View Subscription under the Actions column. 
  4. Click on Change email to update.

Update Billing Address 


  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Billing page by clicking Settings > Billing.
  3. Select the Payment Methods tab. 
  4. Click the pencil (Edit) icon next to the payment method for your active subscription.
  5. Update your billing address details and click Save.

Note: If your account uses ACH as your payment method, please contact our support team for assistance in updating your billing address.
