Update your account billing information
Admin users can update payment/credit card information for their 7shifts subscription directly through the web app.
⚠️ Billing-related changes are not accessible from the mobile app. Please ensure that you sign in, as an Admin, from app.7shifts.com when making any billing updates.
Update Account Payment Method
- Log in to the web app as an Admin.
- Navigate to the Billing page by clicking Settings > Billing.
- Click the three-dot menu beside the subscription and choose Update payment method.
- Select an existing payment method, or add a new payment method.
If you are adding a new payment method, follow the steps in the modal to enter your payment details > agree to our Terms and Conditions > Pay. - Once you update your payment method, it will become the new default for your subscription, and all future payments will be charged to this card.
- Head back to your Billing page to verify the Payment Method attached to your Locations' subscriptions.
Update Billing Email
- Log in to the web app as an Admin.
- Navigate to the Billing page by clicking Settings > Billing.
- Click View Subscription under the Actions column.
- Click on Change email to update.
Update Billing Address
- Log in to the web app as an Admin.
- Navigate to the Billing page by clicking Settings > Billing.
- Select the Payment Methods tab.
- Click the pencil (Edit) icon next to the payment method for your active subscription.
- Update your billing address details and click Save.
Note: If your account uses ACH as your payment method, please contact our support team for assistance in updating your billing address.
