Why is my Schedule showing an old date?

Issue

Sometimes when you log into your 7shifts account, you may notice that the Schedule page loads with a date in the past rather than the last viewed date. 

What To Do

This usually happens if you’ve saved a browser bookmark while viewing an older week of the Schedule. When you use that bookmark again, it takes you back to the same saved date instead of the current week.

To make sure your Schedule always opens to the correct date, you’ll need to update your bookmark.

  1. Log in to your 7shifts account.

  2. Head to the Schedules page and click the Today button to bring the Schedule back to the current date.

  3. Hover over your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Logout.

  4. You’ll now be on the main login screen: app.7shifts.com.

  5. Delete your old bookmark from your browser.

  6. Create a new bookmark for the login page instead.

This new bookmark is saved to the general login page and is not tied to a specific date. Moving forward, when you use it and navigate to the Schedules page, it will correctly display the current date.
