Why Can't I Save My Availability in 7shifts?

Issue

You’re trying to update your availability in 7shifts, but the Save button is not clickable or appears greyed out.


What To Do

The Save button will only become active once all required fields are correctly filled out. Double-check your entry for the following common issues:

  1. Missing Reason: Ensure you have selected a reason for your availability.
  2. Required Comment Missing: If a comment is required, make sure you have entered it.
  3. No Time Inputted (when "All Day" is unchecked): If the "All Day" option is not checked, you must input specific times for your availability.

Please check your availability entry carefully to confirm all fields have been entered appropriately.
