Yes. You can upload onboarding documents for an employee by manually updating the employee record after a payroll profile has been created.


What to do

Follow these steps to complete onboarding documents for an employee who does not have a payroll record yet:

  1. Navigate to Team > Onboarding > Send new package.
  2. Select the employee and edit the package so only the Personal Information Form is sent.
  3. The employee must complete and submit this form to create their payroll record in 7shifts Payroll.
  4. Once the payroll record is created, navigate to Payroll > Employees.
  5. Search for the employee and select the pencil icon to edit their profile.
  6. Update the tax withholding and payment method on behalf of the employee.
