The "Weekly Overtime Risk" category in the Manager Log Book is designed to help managers proactively manage employee overtime. This article overviews the key features of the Weekly Overtime Risk Category in the the Log Book for Admins & Managers.

Key Features:

• Proactive Overtime Monitoring: The "Weekly Overtime Risk" category will display employees who are nearing or exceeding their weekly overtime limits. This information is directly pulled from our existing Weekly Overtime Report.
• Web App Access Only: This category will be available exclusively in the 7shifts web app. It will not appear in the mobile app.
  
• Collaborative Management:
  • Managers can add entries, comments, and attachments to the "Weekly Overtime Risk" category. This allows for team collaboration and the development of strategies to prevent excessive overtime.
    
• Daily Data Sync:
  • The overtime risk data is updated once daily, typically at 5:00 AM in your account's time zone.
  • A timestamp, located in the top right corner of the category, will indicate the last successful data synchronization.
  • Please note that the synchronization process begins at 5:00 AM, and the updated data will be visible shortly after.
  • For the most up-to-date, real-time information, you can access the full Weekly Overtime Report via the provided link within the Log Book.
    
• Log Book Summary Email:
  • The "Weekly Overtime Risk" information will be included in the daily Manager Log Book Summary email, ensuring you receive timely updates.
