Enabling Pop-ups for 7shifts

Some important reports in 7shifts, such as the Worked Hours & Wages Report, open in a new window. If your web browser blocks pop-ups, you may not be able to view or download these reports properly. To ensure full access to 7shifts reporting, follow the steps below to all pop-ups from app.7shifts.com in your web browser. 

How to Enable Pop-ups by Browser 

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome and go to app.7shifts.com.
2. Click the lock icon 🔒 or popup blocker icon in the address bar. 
3. In the dropdown, find Pop-ups and redirects and select Allow. 
4. Refresh the page. 

Alternatively, you can manually add it in Chrome settings:

1. Click the three-dot menu (top-right) > Settings.
2. Go to Privacy and security > Site settings.
3. Scroll down to Content and click Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Under Allowed to send pop-ups and redirects, click Add and enter:

   https://app.7shifts.com

5. Click Add, then refresh the page. 

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge and go to app.7shifts.com.
2. Click the lock icon 🔒 in the address bar.
3. Look for Pop-ups and redirects and select Allow.
4. Refresh the page.

Or manually:

1. Menu (⋯) > Settings.
2. Go to Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.
3. Under Allow, click Add and enter:

   https://app.7shifts.com

4. Save changes and refresh.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox and click three-line menu ☰ in the top right.
2. Select Settings > Privacy & Security.
3. Scroll to the Permissions section.
4. Click Exceptions… next to Block pop-up windows.
5. Enter:

   https://app.7shifts.com

6. Click Allow > Save Changes.

Safari (Mac)

1. Open Safari and go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences).
2. Click the Websites tab.
3. In the left sidebar, select Pop-up Windows.
4. Find app.7shifts.com in the list and set it to Allow.
5. Close settings and refresh the page.
