Why can’t I add a user with the same name as another employee in 7shifts?

7shifts does not allow multiple users within the same account to have identical names. Each user profile must have a unique name to ensure accurate scheduling, time tracking, and reporting.

If you encounter a duplicate name issue, consider adding a middle initial, or another distinguishing detail to differentiate users.
