Managing Billing Information for Accounts Created via ADP Marketplace

If your 7shifts account was created through the ADP Marketplace, you won't have access to the Billing & Plans page within 7shifts. Instead, all billing-related updates, including changing your plan or updating payment methods, or cancelling your subscription must be managed directly in your ADP account.

In this article, you'll learn how to manage billing information for accounts created through the ADP Marketplace, including updating payment methods and reactivating subscriptions after a trial expiration.

⚠️ If you encounter any issues while managing your billing information, please contact ADP's support team for further assistance.
