Why is there a difference between assigned tips shown in Qu compared to assigned tips shown in 7shifts?

When viewing assigned tips in Qu POS, you may be looking at a view that only shows tips directly assigned to specific employees in Qu.

If your configuration with Qu supports external partners like Olo/Olo Pay, checks from those order channels may not be assigned to specific employees in Qu. Depending on your 7shifts Tip Pool setup, tips unassigned in Qu may only be getting distributed to your team in 7shifts.

To accurately compare total tips between 7shifts and Qu POS, access the Check Detail Report in Qu. This report includes tips from all orders, including those not assigned to specific employees in Qu.
