Grant Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Access in Texas

A Third-Party Administrator (TPA) is an external organization or service provider that manages payroll and employee benefits on behalf of a company. To comply with Texas state regulations, 7shifts Payroll customers must grant Check (our payroll processing partner) TPA access to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). This enables Check to handle payroll-related communications directly with the department on your behalf.

Note: Confirm that Check Technologies has TPA access for the current year and upcoming filing periods. Access can have a prescribed end date or extend indefinitely. Update or renew the access as needed.
