Export Employees

Need a list of your employee data? The Employee Export CSV in 7shifts gives you all the essential information you need about your active employees in one report.

To export a list of inactive employees, please start a chat with our Support team.

Prerequisites

⚠️ Managers/Assistant Managers can only export a list of those that share the same location under their assignments.

⚠️ The Wages column will only be available to Managers/Assistant Managers with permission 'Can view wages'.

The CSV file includes the following fields for each active employee:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Mobile phone
  • Wage
  • Punch ID
  • Locations
  • Departments
  • Roles

Follow these steps to export a list of all employees on file: 

  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. In the left navigation bar, head to Team > Employees.
  3. Click on Bulk actions.
  4. Select Export employees (CSV) from the dropdown:
  5. The CSV file will be downloaded to your local device.
