How to Archive a Chat

If you no longer want to see a conversation in your Recents list, you can archive it in 7shifts.

⚠️ Archiving chats is only possible with custom-made group chats. Otherwise, chats specific to a Location/Department/Role can be muted.

Archive a Chat

Use the tabs to change your viewing preferences through the mobile or web app.

Open the chat, and click on the usernames at the top of your screen:
Select Archive Chat.

Open a chat and click on the More Options icon:
Select Archive Chat.

Retrieve An Archived Chat

If you want to bring back an archived chat, simply start a new chat with the same users to access the previous conversation.
