Do recurring deductions expire at year end?

In 7shifts Payroll, do recurring deductions that do not have an end date expire at year-end?

Answer

No. Indefinitely recurring post-tax deductions do not expire at the end of the calendar year. These deductions continue to apply to a payroll run indefinitely until a change is made.

What To Do

If you wish to set an expiry or end date for a post-tax deduction, it is recommended to set up a Fixed Recurring (Time Period) deduction instead of an indefinite one.
