How do I update my SSN?

I am an employee whose company uses 7shifts Payroll. How do I update the SSN tied to my 7shifts account?

Answer:

If your company uses 7shifts Payroll, you can update your SSN in the 7shifts web app by following these steps: 

1. Log in to the 7shifts web app.
   ⚠️ Note: These actions are not currently available on 7shifts mobile.
2. Hover over the profile icon and select My Account
3. Select Taxes and Payment > Update Tax Withholdings Details.
   
4. Click the Update SSN button located at the bottom of the modal.

By completing these steps, you can ensure your SSN is up-to-date in the system and avoid any issues with payroll processing and end of year tax filing.
