How to Update the Billing Email Address in 7shifts

The billing email address associated with a 7shifts account can be updated directly within the account by an Admin.

Prerequisites

⚠️ Only Admins can access Account billing details.


To update the billing email, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the web app as an Admin.
  2. In the left navigation bar, head to Settings (or, hover over your profile icon) > Billing.
  3. Select View subscription.
  4. Click on Change email:

  5. Enter the new email address for billing.
  6. Click save to complete these changes.

 All billing-related communication, including invoices and payment, will be sent to the updated email address.
