We know the restaurant business isn't a 9-5 where you can sit at your desk all day. Therefore, we're making some changes to the way our support chat works in order to serve you best. These changes will go live on September 24th, 2024.

 

So, what's changing?

 

No more waiting in line to get help

In our current chat system, you need to wait in a queue to receive help from one of our agents. If you leave the queue before you receive help, your conversation is lost.

With our new system, there is no waiting in line! Your message will be sent directly to the team, and once an Agent is available they will respond. 

 

Flexibility and Convenience

Feel free to minimize the conversation and step away from your computer to tackle important restaurant business. If you navigate away from the page, your conversation will still be there. We'll even send you a notification to your email address once an agent responds, so you're not waiting by your computer.

 

We're looking forward to serve you best in our new and improved interface.
