Perfect Venue

When 7shifts and Perfect Venue are integrated,  events will automatically sync to 7shifts!

  • Once you move an event to "Confirmed" or "Balance Due" status in Perfect Venue, it will automatically create an event in 7shifts
  • Changes made to the date, start time, or end time in Perfect Venue will instantly sync to 7shifts
  • Deleting an event in Perfect Venue will also delete it in 7shifts
⚠️ Access to this feature may require an upgrade from your existing plan.

⚠️ Event information is a one-way sync from Perfect Venue to 7shifts. Any changes or updates made in Perfect Venue will be reflected in 7shifts, but changes made in 7shifts will not be returned to Perfect Venue.

Adding the Integration

⚠️ You can get your Access Token and information from 7shifts by heading to Settings > Developer Tools.

⚠️ Any questions regarding the set-up process are managed by Perfect Venue's support team (support@perfectvenue.com). 
  1. Log into your Perfect Venue Account, and head to Settings.
  2. Click on Integrations.
  3. Locate 7shifts > click Connect.
  4. Log into your 7shifts Account as the Admin.
  5. Click Grant Access.
  6. You'll be redirected to Perfect Venue's integration page.
  7. Click Configure, next to 7shifts.
  8. Map your Perfect Venue venue  with the corresponding 7shifts Location.
  9. You're done! Moving forward, newly "Confirmed" events will sync to 7shifts.
