Can I edit or make changes to a payroll that is in pending status?

Answer

Yes. A 7shifts payroll run that is in "Pending" status can be reopened to make edits within 60 minutes after approval. When you reopen a 7shifts payroll run from "Pending" status, it returns to "Draft" status. After you approve the changes, the payroll run will exit "Draft" status and return to "Pending."

⚠️ Important: To preserve the original employee pay date, you must resubmit the payroll run before the submission deadline. Reopening a payroll run before the deadline but resubmitting it after the deadline may result in a delay to the employee payment date.
