How to change your 7shifts plan

You can adjust your 7shifts plan and add-ons at any time to ensure your subscription meets your business needs. Plan selections and add-ons apply to every location within your 7shifts account to maintain consistent billing. You may choose to pay for all locations using a single payment method or assign different payment methods to specific locations.

Things to know

Before you change your 7shifts plan, review these requirements and limitations:

• Only an Admin can access billing settings and change the 7shifts account plan.
• Plan changes must be performed within the 7shifts web app.
• Downgrade options are determined by your existing account structure, including the total number of locations and employees.
• If the option to downgrade is unavailable, please start a chat with our 7shifts Support team for assistance.

Change your 7shifts plan

1. Log in to the 7shifts web app as an Admin.
2. In the left navigation bar, select Settings and then select Plans.

3. Use the Bill monthly / annually slider to compare billing frequency options.

   

4. Review the available plans, features, and pricing to identify the subscription that suits your needs.
5. Select Choose [Plan Name] on the plan you wish to activate.
6. Select Confirm & pay and then select Done to finalize the change.

Downgrading your plan

When you choose to downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change is scheduled for the end of your current billing period. This applies to both monthly and annual billing cycles.

• You will retain access to all features of your current higher-tier plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Your 7shifts account will automatically transition to the new plan level at the start of your next billing cycle.
• 7shifts will issue an invoice for the new plan amount at the start of the next billing cycle.
