Tip Management Trial FAQ

Discover how Tip Management can enhance your team management experience with the 28-day trial. 

What’s Included in the Trial

The trial provides full access to the paid Tip Management add-on, including:

How to Start the 28-Day Trial

1. Log into the web app as an Admin.
2. Navigate to Tip Management from the side menu, or go to Settings > Add-ons > Tip Management.
3. Click Start My Free Trial to set up, or Book a Demo to connect with our team.

What Happens When the Trial Ends

Feature Access After Expiry

• Tip Management will be deactivated after the trial.
• To continue, an Admin must purchase the add-on by selecting Buy Add-on.
• All data and configurations from the trial will remain intact and available after purchase.

To re-enable Tip Management:

1. Log in as an Admin.
2. Navigate to Tip Management (or Settings > Add-ons > Tip Management).
3. Click Buy Add-on.

Refunding Your Float Balance

If you decide not to continue using Tip Management after the trial ends:

1. Login to the web app as an Admin.
2. Go to Settings > Add-ons > Tip Management.
3. Select Refund Float Balances.
   • Any remaining float funds will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. An invoice for the refund will be emailed to you.

How to Cancel The Trial

You can cancel at any time during the trial:

1. Log in to the web app as an Admin.
2. Navigate to Settings > Add-ons > Tip Management.
3. Click the More Options icon (⋮) > Disable.

What Happens After Cancellation

• You won’t be charged after canceling.
• Access to Tip Management will end immediately, but reporting data from the trial will remain available in the Tip Pooling Report, Tip Payouts Report and Worked Hours & Wages Report respectively.
• Any remaining float funds will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. An invoice for the refund will be emailed to you.
