Tip Management Trial FAQ
Discover how Tip Management can enhance your team management experience with the 14-day trial.
To qualify, you must be based in the United States and subscribed to a paid 7shifts plan.
What’s Included in the Trial
The trial provides full access to the paid Tip Management add-on that includes:
- Tip Pooling: Learn more here.
How to Start the 14-Day Trial
- Log into the web app as an Admin.
- Navigate to Tip Management from the side menu, or go to Settings > Add-ons > Tip Management.
- Click Start My Free Trial to set up, or Book a Demo to connect with our team.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
Automatic Billing
If you don’t cancel before the 14-day trial ends, you’ll be automatically billed for the Tip Management add-on.
- Billing begins on the trial expiry date, but the charge will appear on your next scheduled 7shifts invoice.
- Charges are prorated to match the remainder of your current billing period.
✅ You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends.
How to Cancel The Trial
You can cancel at any time during the trial:
- Log in to the web app as an Admin.
- Navigate to Settings > Add-ons > Tip Management.
- Click the More Options icon (⋮) > Disable.
What Happens After Trial Cancellation
- You won’t be charged after canceling the trial.
- Access to Tip Management will end immediately, but reporting data from the trial will remain available in the Tip Pooling Report and Worked Hours & Wages Report respectively.
