How do I cancel my account?

Answer

"I started a 14-day trial by mistake"

If you opened a trial company account in error, no action is required. * The trial will automatically expire after 14 days.

"I no longer work for a company that uses 7shifts and would like to be removed"

If you have a 7shifts profile under a restaurant company but you are longer with them, you will need to contact your previous Employer to have your profile deactivated from their account. 

7shifts is a service subscribed to and paid for by your Employer (the Account owner). For this reason, we are unable to make changes to the data on the account without the permission of the account owner. In the meantime, you may find it helpful to disable your notifications to stop receiving correspondence from the restaurant.
