Logging out of 7punches

The user who originally launched the Punchpad by entering their credentials is the exclusive user authorized to log out. The steps below detail how you can log out of 7punches and will identify this user for your convenience

From the 7punches App

Tap on the menu icon at the top right of the screen.
Select Log Out. Here, we'll share the user's name that originally authenticated 7punches on the device:
Enter your punch ID > confirm this by clicking Log Out:

From the device's local settings

Head to Settings.
Tap on 7punches.
Select Logout on Next Launch:
Head back to your home screen and launch the 7punches app.

Head to Settings.
Tap on 7punches.
Tap on Clear Data:

Troubleshooting

It is expected behaviour that once an Admin/Manager has entered credentials to log into 7punches, the app will stay logged in.
