What do I need to do to verify my Tip Payouts Account?

We need to verify your identity so we know we've got the right person, and to stay secure and compliant.

What steps are necessary to verify my 7shifts Account?

The following information is required from the Admin of the Account who is also the bank account owner: 

• Basic Information (mobile number, legal name, etc).
• 2-step Verification
• ID Information (SSN)

If your Account has outstanding verification steps, a  banner at the top of your Tip Payouts Dashboard will indicate this. By clicking Start verification on the banner, you can view the necessary steps to complete the verification process:

If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be required to verify the information manually. If this is the case, our team will reach out to the e-mail associated with your account.
