Accounts using 7shifts Payroll can easily access the necessary reports in one place. Once you run your first payroll, you'll be able to export both your Payroll Summary and Payroll Journal.
Payroll Summary - View a breakdown of employees' past earnings, deductions, and taxes aggregated over a period of time.
Payroll Journal - View a breakdown of employees' past earnings, deductions, and taxes by payroll run.
To run the report:
- Login as an Admin.
In the left navigation bar, head to Reports > Payroll.
- Use the dropdown menu to select the Report Type:
- Set your date range:
- Click Download CSV. The reports will populate the payroll data for all users that fit the criteria chosen.
Alternatively, you can access your payroll data by heading to Payroll > scrolling to the section Payroll History > clicking on the More Options icon > download your payroll journals and summaries:
