How is the Tip Pool affected if an employee is deactivated?

Before proceeding with deactivating an Employee in 7shifts, please ensure that they have been accurately mapped.
When an employee is inactive in 7shifts, their employment data is retained including hours worked and sales generated. They will be included in Tip Pooling reports and tip calculations for the tip or pay period(s) they worked. Additionally, the Employee Timesheet Report will be available for viewing their worked hours.
