How to View Your Paystub with 7shifts Payroll

This article explains how to download and understand your paystubs if your employer uses 7shifts Payroll. You can view your paystubs using either the 7shifts web app or the mobile app.

⚠️ Important Considerations:

  • 7shifts Payroll Only: You can only access paystubs through 7shifts if your employer uses 7shifts Payroll. If they use a different payroll system, your paystubs will be provided by that system.
  • Pay Management/Paystubs Tab Missing: If you don't see the "Pay Management" or "Paystubs" tab, your employer likely uses a different payroll provider. Contact your employer to confirm their payroll provider.
  • Deactivated Users: If your 7shifts account is deactivated (e.g., you are no longer employed), you can only access your historical paystubs through the 7shifts mobile app.
