How to View Your Paystub with 7shifts Payroll

⚠️ Paystub access is only available for accounts where the Admin has enabled 7shifts Payroll.

If the Paystubs tab isn't visible in your account, it means your employer is not using 7shifts Payroll. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Employer to confirm which payroll provider they are using.

With 7shifts Payroll, you can review and download your paystubs directly within your Account. Paystubs are expected to be available after 5:00 PM PST, once it moves to the processing state.

You'll have three opportunities to access your paystubs.

Depending on your notification settings, we'll send you a push notification to let you know if your paystub is ready to view.

Tap on the notification to head directly to your paystub:
At a later time, log into the mobile app > click on the menu icon > Pay Management. We'll let you know of new items waiting for your attention:
Or, log into the mobile app > click on the menu icon > Timesheets & Earnings > select a Timesheet you would like to view > tap on Check it out to see more details:

Select a date range to view your paystub:

Log into the web app.
Click on your profile icon.
On the My Account page, select the Paystubs tab:
Click Download to export your paystub onto your local device.
