7shifts Payroll: How can Employees view their Paystubs?

With 7shifts Payroll, you can review and download your paystubs directly within your Account.

On web

1. Log into the web app.
   
   
2. Click on your profile icon.
   
   
3. On the My Account page, select the Paystubs tab:
   
   
   
   
4. Click Download to export your paystub onto your local device.
5. You can expect your paystub to look similar to:
   
   

    

On mobile

You'll have three opportunities to access your paystubs.

1. Depending on your notfication settings , we'll send you a push notification let you know if your paystub is ready to view.
   
   Tap on the notification to head directly to your paystub:
   
   
   
   
   
2. At a later time, log into the mobile app > click on the menu icon > Pay History. We'll let you know of new items waiting for your attention:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Or, log into the mobile app > click on the menu icon > Timesheets & Earnings > select a Timesheet you would like to view > tap on Check it out to see more details:
