Sending Shout-outs

Shout-outs in 7shifts let teammates at the same location publicly recognize each other's work in a dedicated Team Channel. Employees with a scheduled shift can send shout-outs from the mobile app until the end of the day. All user types can view, react to, and comment on shout-outs in the Team Channel, but only Admins and Managers can post general messages there.
