Rivercity Innovations monitors temperatures (sensors are self-installed into restaurant coolers, freezers, and fridges) and collects restaurant data. When integrated with 7shifts, the alerts are entered into the Manager Log Book. This improves food safety, reduces food loss due to temperature issues, and reduces staff time collecting food temperatures.

Enabling the Integration
⚠️ To connect the integration, you will enter your 7shifts Company ID and Location ID into your Cold Chain Dashboard. They can be found in your account under Company Settings > Developer tools > Resource IDs. Please refer to the steps in this article.
