7shifts Support Coverage (Sept 5th-9th)




Teamwork makes the Dreamwork

Every year, once a year, those of us at 7shifts (aka. Shifties) need to see each other in person. Not only so we can get an accurate read on how tall everyone is (Zoom can be deceptive), but to take in some of that magic of collaboration that can only happen when you get everyone together in one place. We come back from this ready and recharged to serve you better.

In order to do this, we need to pull everyone away from their current tasks to fully engage. As a result, our Support Team will be slower to respond to issues via Chat, Ticket, and Phone channels from Monday September 5th to Friday September 9th with our Phone channel being unavailable on Friday September 9th. 

With that said, we know you’re running a business, so we’ll be closely monitoring our support channels during this time and will respond to any critical matters that come up.
