Can Managers send out a mass 'Invite Employees to 7shifts' invite?

Can a Manager invite multiple employees to 7shifts at once?

No, only Admins can do this. Managers can not do this because they are only able to manage Employees in the Departments which they are assigned to.

Admins can do this from the Team > Bulk actions > Bulk invite:
