Yes. 7shifts Support can send you a copy of a past chat transcript if you're the person who had the conversation. 7shifts automatically emails the transcript to your registered email address when a support chat ends. If you didn't receive that email or need an older conversation, the 7shifts Support team can provide the chat history for you.

To protect your privacy and security, 7shifts only shares a chat transcript with the specific person who took part in the conversation (including Admins). 7shifts doesn't share chat histories between different users on an account. The person who had the original conversation needs to submit the request directly.
